Our soft and hand stretched mozzarella cheese is so delicous! Many of our customers love to use it on homemade pizzas, and strombolis etc. They are 8 oz packages at the minimum but our mozzarella balls usually run bigger than that since they are hand formed. We like to make them big to ensure they are the correct size!
