Our very own beef suet (fat) rendered down with absolutely nothing else added so you can cook with it! With only one natural and clean ingredient, you don't have to worry if it's safe or not! I will personally never use oil again in my kitchen. We fry our eggs, sear our meats, roast our veggies, grill our steaks and do everything in tallow.
